1 ½ cups whole milk
2 table spoons peanut butter
1 scoop chocolate ice cream
1 scoops chocolate protein powder

1 scoop chocolate flavor rice protein powder
2 scoops coffee ice cream
1 cup low fat milk
½ cup crushed ice.
Blend for five seconds or longer
The Banana Split:
1 ½ cups whole milk
1 whole banana
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1 handful almonds
1 scoop chocolate protein powder

Sweet and Spicy Bean-Macaroni skillet:
- 1 (28 oz) can baked beans
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 large onion
- 2 scoops organic brown rice protein
- 2 (15 oz) cans tomatoes, chopped
- 2/3 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1 tsp chili powder
Preparation:
- In large skillet, cook ground beef and onion until meat is browned; drain.
- Add remaining ingredients; stir well. Bring mixture to boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.
Super Berry Blitz:
1 ½ cups whole milk
1 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries
1 cup regular vanilla yogurt
1 cup ice
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 cup of low fat milk or water
3 ice cubes
2 Scoops of organic brown rice protein powder
1 Scoop of low fat ice cream
2 tablespoons of Novella Chocolate Spread

Protein Pancakes:
5 x egg whites
1 scoop organic brown rice protein powder
½ cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons of sugar
Preparation:
Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour in pre-heated pan until brown
High Energy Shake:
1 scoop (1 oz) Organic brown rice protein powder
10 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp flax seed oil
½ tsp vanilla extract
10 oz water
2-3 ice cubes
Artificial sweetener to taste (optional)
Add ingredients to blender
Granola Protein Bars:
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 4 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup Organic Brown Rice Protein
Preparation:
- Melt butter in microwave (or large saucepan over low heat).
- Add marshmallows, microwave on high for 1 minute, stir and microwave again until marshmallows are melted. (Or stir over low heat in saucepan until melted and mixture is smooth).
- Stir in oats, graham crumbs, organic brorwn rice protein, raisins, sunflower seeds and coconut until thoroughly coated.
- Press into a greased 9x13 inch pan with greased fingers.
Let cool. Cut into 6 rows lengthwise and 4 crosswise.
Cold Cocoa Smoothie:
- 1 1/2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup whipped cream
- 2 scoops organic brown rice protein
- 2 tbsp instant hot chocolate mix
- 5 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
Preparation:
- In blender, combine ice cream, milk, whipped cream, rice protein, hot chocolate mix and crushed cookies.
Blend until smooth. Pour into large chilled glass. |
