Return Policy
Tribez Nutrition offers a 30 Day return policy from the
date of the original order. A RMA is required to process
all returns. Shipping cost's will not be refunded. Please
contact Customer Service at 1-866-927-9002 with any
additional questions.
Shipping Policy
Where does Tribez Nutrition ship?
We ship within the United States including Alaska, Hawaii
and all U.S. territories. We also ship to most
International locations. For specific shipping information
regarding International orders, please review our shipping

When will my order be processed and shipped?
Our goal is to process and ship all in-stock U.S. DOMESTIC
RETAIL orders received before 2:00 p.m. C.S.T. on the same
day they are received. If you request express delivery,
your order must be received by 1:00 p.m. C.S.T. for it to
ship out that same business day.
We do not process shipments or deliver on U.S. holidays or
Saturday and Sunday. Express shipment requests created on
Saturday or Sunday will ship the following business day.
We utilize UPS as our preferred carrier to ship all U.S.
domestic orders as this provides insurance protection,
complete tracking information and guaranteed* delivery for
all premium options (*UPS Guarantees your order will
arrive on time except: on orders shipped to a residence,
on orders sent UPS Ground, when delays are due to
unexpected weather or other circumstances or on orders to
Alaska or Hawaii). Our shipping rate is $10.99 per package
for domestic shipments.
Do you ship to military addresses or P.O. Boxes?
At this time we do not. UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box,
APO, FPO or AFB address.
